1. Order Cancellation


  • Before Preparation:
    Orders can be cancelled within 5 minutes of placing them, provided the kitchen has not started preparing your order.
    Please call our support team immediately at +1 778-688-7113 for urgent cancellations.

  • After Preparation Started:
    Once food preparation begins, cancellation is not possible and no refund will be issued.


2. Refund Eligibility


Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong order or incomplete items.

  • The order was delayed by over 60 minutes without prior notice.

  • There are valid concerns regarding food safety, packaging, or quality.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios


  • Change of mind after the order is placed.

  • Spice level or taste preferences not matching personal expectations.
