Before Preparation:
Orders can be cancelled within 5 minutes of placing them, provided the kitchen has not started preparing your order.

Once food preparation begins, cancellation is not possible and no refund will be issued.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered in the following cases:
You received the wrong order or incomplete items.
The order was delayed by over 60 minutes without prior notice.
There are valid concerns regarding food safety, packaging, or quality.
