Delivery availability depends on your postal code and distance from the selected store.

2. Delivery Timings

Deliveries are available 7 days a week, during our store operating hours.

Average delivery time: 30–45 minutes, depending on location, traffic, and order volume.

During peak hours or severe weather, delivery may take longer. We appreciate your patience.

3. Delivery Charges

Free delivery may be available within a set radius (varies per location).

Delivery charges (if applicable) will be clearly displayed at checkout.

4. Order Tracking & Updates

Once your order is placed, you will receive SMS/email updates confirming order status.

5. Delivery Terms

Please ensure your phone number and address are correct at checkout.

Orders will be delivered to the address provided. If the rider is unable to reach you, the order may be cancelled without refund.

6. Takeaway / Pickup

You may choose to pick up your order at any Ustaad G76 location during working hours.

Pickup instructions and timing will be shared after order confirmation.
